Why verification is required

Orgasmaphoria accounts, memberships, community spaces, and restricted materials are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We use age assurance to determine whether you meet that threshold, protect minors, operate the service responsibly, and comply with applicable requirements. A new Voyeur account remains inactive unless verification succeeds.

Public previews and restricted material

Public pages may provide non-explicit titles, descriptions, educational summaries, artistic context, and limited previews of member material. A public preview is intended to be understandable in its educational, literary, artistic, political, or scientific context and must not independently expose explicit material. Preview length alone does not determine whether material is suitable for public access.

Material classified as explicit, questionable for minors, or otherwise restricted is placed behind server-enforced account access. A user must successfully complete age verification before a Voyeur account is activated and before that account may access restricted material.

Your verification choices

You may select anonymous verification through Agemin, staff review of a short browser recording, or an in-person government-ID check by an authorized Orgasmaphoria Membership Sponsor. Agemin is provided by Bynn Intelligence, Inc. and handles information under Bynn's Privacy Notice. Manual and in-person verification are Orgasmaphoria standard age-verification methods.

Information that may be processed

Agemin may process a live selfie, facial image or video, facial measurements, liveness signals, an identification document and information visible on it, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, and fraud signals. Facial analysis may constitute biometric information under some laws.

For staff-reviewed verification, Orgasmaphoria temporarily receives an encrypted 5–10 second recording showing your face, a one-time challenge, and the photograph, birth date, and expiration date on your government-issued ID. You may cover your address, document number, and barcode. Authorized reviewers view the recording only to determine whether you are at least 18 and whether the recording and document appear genuine. In-person verification requires a sponsor to view you and your original government photo ID; no image is collected.

How the information is used

Verification information is used to determine whether you meet the 18+ threshold, confirm that the verification is genuine, prevent fraud and automated bypass, secure the verification session, investigate errors or misuse, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Orgasmaphoria does not use age-verification information for advertising or to identify you by name.

What Orgasmaphoria retains

For Agemin, Orgasmaphoria receives an eligibility result, provider and method information, account reference, verification time, and a one-way hash of the provider session identifier. For manual or in-person checks, the durable record contains the internal account identifier, method, result, times, policy version, and the internal identifiers of the reviewing sponsors. We do not copy or retain the name, birth date, address, document number, issuing jurisdiction, photograph, physical description, or other information displayed on the ID.

Recording retention and destruction

A staff-review recording is encrypted in private storage, is excluded from normal backups, and is available only to specifically authorized Membership Sponsors using protected accounts. It is deleted immediately after a final approval, denial, or resubmission decision. An unclear first review may be retained for an independent second reviewer, but every recording has an absolute 72-hour deletion deadline. If review is not completed before that deadline, the recording is deleted and a new attempt is requested. Orgasmaphoria does not use facial-recognition templates or retain facial geometry from manual recordings.

Agemin controls information submitted within its interface and handles its retention according to Bynn's notice and our service agreement. Orgasmaphoria retains the minimal verification result and audit record while reasonably needed for account security, disputes, legal compliance, and enforcement.

Disclosure and sale

We disclose the account reference and the technical information needed to initiate and validate verification to Agemin. We do not sell, lease, or trade biometric information, and we do not authorize Agemin to use verification information for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service security.

Your consent and choices

Before verification, you must acknowledge this notice and consent to the processing required for your selected method. You may choose Agemin, staff-reviewed recording, or an available in-person process. You may stop before submitting information or cancel account creation. Because successful verification is required for restricted access, declining every method means that we cannot activate the account.

If a recording is unclear, a different authorized sponsor performs an independent second review. If the result remains unclear, the recording is deleted and you may submit a new recording, use Agemin, request an accessibility arrangement, or complete in-person verification.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing and disclosures. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right, although we cannot provide an adult-only account without a valid age-verification result.

Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect verification records, including server-side validation of Agemin results. Agemin or its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to the safeguards and transfer mechanisms described in Bynn's Privacy Notice and our service agreement.
