Rules for public content, adult accounts, community participation, memberships, purchases, events, and resources.
Agreement and eligibility
By using Orgasmaphoria, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. The website, accounts, community, and restricted content are only for adults age 18 or older who may lawfully use them. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
Accounts and age verification
Provide accurate information, use only your own identity, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. Some access requires third-party, staff-reviewed, or in-person age verification. Do not falsify records, reuse another person’s verification, or bypass an age or access control. We may suspend, restrict, or close access for security, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms. Account deletion removes access but may not erase records that must be retained for transactions, safety, disputes, or law.
Community, profiles, and messages
Respect consent, privacy, boundaries, audience controls, and other members. Do not harass, coerce, threaten, stalk, impersonate, discriminate, spam, expose another person’s identity, solicit minors, share private communications without permission, distribute malware, evade moderation, or use content or messaging for unlawful exploitation. Group and direct messages are not end-to-end encrypted and may be reviewed when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.
User submissions
You retain ownership of original material you submit. You grant Orgasmaphoria a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display it as needed to provide the selected feature and audience. For material submitted for public publication, that license includes public display, promotion, and reasonable editorial refinement, including optional AI-assisted proofreading or language suggestions as described in the Privacy Notice. You confirm that you have the required rights and permissions and that the material is lawful. You must not use generated or altered material to impersonate a person, fabricate a testimonial or quotation, conceal a material rights issue, or misrepresent fiction as another person’s lived experience. We may request provenance or disclosure, and may reject, edit with appropriate editorial care, restrict, or remove submissions.
Ask Orgasmaphoria and educational content are informational and are not medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or crisis services. Consent tools, quizzes, catalog entries, and community answers do not replace communication, professional guidance, diagnosis, or individualized risk assessment. Memberships, purchases, and refunds
Prices, billing frequency, renewal, included access, cancellation, and any product-specific refund terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable offer. Recurring memberships continue until canceled as disclosed. Hosted payment providers process card data. Access may change when a subscription ends, a payment is reversed, or a refund is issued. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.
Voluntary support
Support Orgasmaphoria is separate from membership dues and purchases. One-time or recurring support is voluntary and grants no access, approval, priority, publishing rights, ownership, equity, royalties, voting rights, creative control, or financial return. It is not a charitable donation, investment, or tax-deductible contribution. Recurring support continues at the frequency and amount affirmatively selected until canceled. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund completed charges; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Digital resources and intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases and member resources are licensed for the authorized account’s personal, noncommercial use. Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, publicly post, train automated systems on, remove notices from, or defeat access controls protecting site content. Orgasmaphoria names, designs, software, editorial works, and media remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Events, vendors, and external services
Event listings may include separate eligibility, conduct, recording, accessibility, capacity, cancellation, and refund rules. Directory listings and outbound links are informational, not endorsements or guarantees. Third-party venues, vendors, payment, analytics, streaming, and verification services have their own terms and privacy practices. Use appropriate judgment and confirm current details directly.
Acceptable technical use
Do not probe vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, scrape restricted data, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s account or personal information. Reasonable security research must have advance written authorization.
Availability and disclaimers
The service may change, pause, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that content is complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for your conduct, submissions, purchases, and interactions. To the extent permitted by law, Orgasmaphoria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party losses arising from use of the service. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and any non-waivable rights remain unaffected. Before filing a formal dispute, contact us so the issue can be reviewed informally. Governing-law and forum rules depend on the operator’s legally established location and applicable consumer law; these Terms do not override a forum or remedy the law guarantees you.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be announced through the site or account experience. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent through the contact form.
