Privacy notice.

How information is handled across public visits, accounts, memberships, community features, purchases, content, and support.

Who this notice covers

Orgasmaphoria operates this website and acts as the controller or business responsible for information collected through it. This adult service is not directed to anyone under 18. Questions and privacy requests may be sent through the contact form.

Information we collect

Depending on what you use, we receive account and contact details; profile, avatar, interest, visibility, and messaging choices; membership, order, access, and hosted-payment status; event responses; direct and group messages; community-group activity; Ask Orgasmaphoria submissions and responses; ratings, bookmarks, reading progress, and other content interactions; support requests; staff-authorized uploads; age-verification status and records described in the separate Age Verification & Biometric Data Notice; and security and device records such as IP address, browser information, referring page, timestamps, and authentication events.

Do not place unnecessary identifying, health, sexual-life, or other sensitive details in free-text submissions. Because this site concerns adult sexuality, ordinary use may itself reveal sensitive interests in some jurisdictions.

How and why we use information

  • Provide public content, accounts, memberships, purchases, private libraries, profiles, messages, events, community groups, and requested support.
  • Authenticate users, enforce age and access controls, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain service integrity, and keep audit records.
  • Process and reconcile orders, subscriptions, permissions, refunds, and legally required transaction records.
  • Remember display, accessibility, reading, and privacy choices.
  • Review, moderate, publish, or attribute submissions only according to the feature’s disclosed controls.
  • Measure and improve site performance only when optional analytics consent is active.

Depending on location and context, these uses rely on performing a requested contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting processing already lawfully completed.

AI-assisted refinement and proofreading

Text intentionally submitted for editorial review, publication, translation, or a request for writing help may be processed with AI-assisted refinement, grammar, or proofreading tools. These tools may suggest clearer wording, structure, spelling, or translation; Peter or Amanda reviews the result and remains responsible for any published version. We do not intentionally use private messages, account credentials, payment information, age-verification material, or unpublished personal submissions to train our own AI models.

Where an external tool is used, the submitted text may be processed by that provider under its privacy and security terms, potentially in another country. We limit what is shared to the text reasonably needed for the requested editorial purpose. Do not include unnecessary names, contact details, confidential information, health or sexual-life details, or information about another person. If a publishing or editorial workflow offers a non-AI route, you may request it before refinement begins. Learn more about our human review and creative process in AI & Creative Transparency.

Payments, providers, and disclosures

Full payment-card numbers are entered on a hosted payment page and are not stored by this website. We receive limited transaction, billing, purchase, voluntary-support, recurring-schedule, refund, reversal, dispute, risk, and status information. Guest support records may include a receipt email, secure management and claim-token records, and optional recognition eligibility. Support amounts and cadence remain private; recognition is not displayed unless an account holder affirmatively enables it. Information may be disclosed to hosting, email, payment, age-verification, security, analytics, and AI-assisted editing or translation providers only as needed for their services; to professional advisers; during a business reorganization; or when lawfully required. Public-profile fields, approved submissions, event information, or member contributions are visible only to the audiences described in their controls. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

Necessary cookies and local storage support sessions, security, account access, purchases, display settings, and remembering this consent decision. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity technologies measure page visits and interactions only after an affirmative choice. Rejecting them does not block account access or core site functions.

A choice is stored for up to one year in a first-party cookie and browser storage. We also keep a minimized private consent receipt containing the decision, timestamp, category, policy version, source interface, an account identifier when signed in, or a pseudonymous receipt when anonymous. This record demonstrates and honors the choice without adding IP address or user-agent data to the consent record. Analytics providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

You may withdraw or renew consent at any time on Manage Cookie Preferences. Withdrawal disables future analytics collection and attempts to remove first-party analytics cookies; provider records collected before withdrawal may remain subject to provider retention.

Messages, submissions, and private files

Direct-message bodies, contact messages, and Ask Orgasmaphoria text are encrypted at rest but are not end-to-end encrypted; authorized staff may access them to operate, moderate, secure, and support the service. Questions are anonymous by default unless a signed-in author chooses attribution. Approved questions and answers may be published as explained at submission. Private-library and file access is permission-controlled and logged.

Retention, security, and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, active accounts and access, disputes, security, backups, and legal or financial obligations. Retention varies by record type and provider. Account deletion removes sign-in and public-profile access, while transaction, moderation, consent, fraud-prevention, and other legally necessary records may be retained. We use access controls, encryption for designated private fields, hashing where appropriate, audit logging, and restricted private storage, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive portable data, appeal a refusal, or complain to a regulator. Residents of the EEA and United Kingdom may also object to legitimate-interest processing and complain to their supervisory authority; Canadian residents may challenge compliance with the appropriate privacy commissioner; Brazilian residents may exercise LGPD data-subject rights and contact the ANPD; and residents of U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may exercise the rights their state provides. We may need to verify identity and may retain information where an exception applies.

Use the contact form to make a request. Authorized agents should identify their authority. We will not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be presented through the site or account experience, and renewed consent will be requested where required.
