Resource Directory editorial policy

The directory helps adults find thoughtful places to learn, connect, seek support, discover community, and explore sexual wellbeing. Our approach is consent-centered, inclusive, and transparent about limits.

What a listing means

A listing means a resource appeared relevant and sufficiently aligned with the directory’s purpose when reviewed. It is not certification, clinical advice, a safety guarantee, legal advice, or verification of every person, event, service, claim, or transaction connected to it.

What we consider

Resources should support autonomy, informed consent, communication, bodily agency, sexual wellbeing, relationship health, or consensual adult sexual expression. They must be publicly reachable, transparent enough to assess, use suitable age boundaries, and not promote coercion, harassment, abuse, discrimination, stalking, deception, or unsupported medical, therapeutic, legal, or safety claims.

We give added weight to clear consent practices, inclusivity, transparent pricing, understandable privacy practices, qualified or well-described contributors, accurate sourcing, and accessibility information.

Adult connection platforms

Dating apps, social networks, lifestyle communities, and event services are for adults 18+ and do not guarantee identity, compatibility, consent literacy, screening, safety, or event quality. Independently verify details, protect personal information, negotiate boundaries, make safer-sex and transportation plans, and remember consent can be changed or withdrawn.

Review and disclosure

Staff review every entry before publication and may edit it for clarity, accuracy, discoverability, and tone. We may add advisories, disclosures, regional notes, and cautions, or decline, revise, archive, or remove a listing. Published entries display a last-checked date. Material affiliate, sponsor, partner, or paid relationships must be disclosed and never guarantee favorable treatment.

Corrections and removal

Visitors and representatives can suggest new listings, corrections, updates, or removal review through the form in the directory. Include enough detail to verify the request. Submission never guarantees inclusion, placement, or a particular timeline.
